The Inner Witness is the Presence of the Soul - Vipassana

An essential practice of most spiritual traditions has been to create a place of inner observation, leading to silence and stillness. This is the basic foundation of meditation, which is often called Vipassana, meaning witnessing.

The basis of it, is to look within, and see that there is an inner presence, who is not the body, who can observe the body. We can also see that this same presence is not the emotions and feelings : even when we feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, there is always an inner presence who is watching the process, who is not the emotions. And in the same way, this inner presence is also not the thoughts : the thoughts may go on rambling in all directions, this inner presence is still there watching the process.

This inner presence, inner observer, is a higher consciousness than the physical, energetic (etheric), emotional and mental parts of us, it is the presence of the Soul.

This inner presence of the Soul is one with all of life, it is the presence of the One/Source/Cosmic Ocean living within us, it moves all of us, it moves all life, it is all life.

This One/Cosmic Ocean, takes many shapes, in the form of many living beings and many spaces and times, but it is always the same One, simply shape-shifting.

So the physical emotional and mental are also the One, who has taken these particular shapes for the moment. They are temporary shapes, they are like the waves and currents of the ocean, they are not the ocean itself, the ocean always remains the same water, regardless of the currents and waves.

There has been a widespread habit on this planet, that when physical and energetic sensations, and emotions feelings and thoughts come, to become attached, invested, and identified in them. So something happens within, and people are trying to push away the sensation or emotion or thought, or trying to pull and cling to the sensation, emotion or thought.

This habit of inner pushing and pulling, creates an identification with the sensations and emotions and thoughts, which prevents them from flowing, and which also creates a forgetting of the inner presence of the Soul, and this is source of pains and unconsciousness.

Ironically the pushing and pulling does exactly the opposite of what it intends to do. The more we try to push away a thought, the more it clings to us, and the more we try to grab on to a feeling, the less we can feel it.
Anybody can try and experiment with this : pick a random subject and try with a lot of effort to not think about it, and the more effort is done, the more the thought will keep coming back. Or try with a lot of effort to remember something, the more effort to remember the more it will disappear ; and then when we give up trying to remember it, the memory comes back on its own. Or if an external noise bothers us, the more we try to push it away the more it becomes a bother, and by just forgetting about it we don't notice it anymore.

Why is this ? Because when we do this inner push and pull, it creates an identification and attachment with the temporary shapes and currents of the ocean, rather than with the water itself ; or in other words the consciousness is identified with the illusion of separated self, rather than with the inner presence of the Soul, the One. Then the sensations emotions and thoughts can not flow properly. Then we forget the inner presence of the observer/Soul, and then the Soul presence can not do its work properly, and then there is pain and suffering.

So the basic foundation of meditation, Vipassana, is to stop this loop of identification and suffering. The process is very simple : whatever happens within : physical sensation, emotions, thoughts, we just observe them passively and silently, not pushing and pulling them, no judgement, no comment, neutral. Just watching passively, as if from a distance.

Another famous way of doing this is to simply keep watching the breath as it goes in and out, follow it along its path, or watch the belly going up and down as the breath goes in and out. And while doing this, remain a passive observer of anything happening inside and outside, thoughts feelings sensations etc, are just allowed to flow.

What this does, is to bring back the energy and consciousness into the inner Soul presence. Then the observer/Soul presence becomes stronger and stronger the more we practice it, and everything else progressively disappears because energy is no longer invested in it.
The inner observer/Soul presence is turning on the Light, it is like placing a candle in a dark room, it does not need to push and pull away the darkness, simply turning on the Light is enough, darkness is gone because it doesn't really exist. 

When the Light is there, when the consciousness is centered in the observer/Soul presence, then every sensation, emotion and thought which does not belong here will disappear on its own just like darkness is gone when the Light is on ; and every sensation, emotion and thought which should be here, which is aligned with the Soul, all the happiness and inspiration, all this increases naturally.

So the body sensations, emotions and thoughts (the lower self), should be just as an empty vessel, silent and still, so that it can hold the Soul presence properly. Like a calm still lake can reflect the moon and the landscape. The lake is not doing anything, it is purely passive, or the landscape can not be seen.
Having the consciousness centered in the observer/Soul presence allows to discern everything better and better, as we are more and more disindentified from the noise of over-opinionated nonsense which arise from the identifications in the lower self, and more and more in tune with the flow of energy from the Soul/One Ocean.

When something arises that we do not like, if we are trying to push it away and doing effort to transcend it, then automatically we repress it and then it does not go away, it just becomes subconscious and keeps affecting things from there.
This can be counter-intuitive somehow, because if there is for example a physical trash bag in the house, then we need to push and pull it to go outside. This is because the physical is a more dense form of energy. But then where does the trash go ? Buried into the Earth, and she does not push and pull it, she allows it to flow into herself, and therefore it transforms into earth itself. When energies can flow, they will always return to Oneness.
If we try hard to relax, we become more and more tensed no matter what it may look like to others from outside, and if we allow the energy to flow and express, then relaxation just happens from within naturally.

The more the consciousness is centered in the inner observer/Soul presence, the more all goodness flowing through us will increase, peace, happiness, joy, inspiration. Then we can maintain this awareness centered in all activities, and anything we do from that place of awareness is more aligned, alive and nurturing, rather than draining. If we maintain this centered awareness in various forms of energy work, visualization meditations, any kind of Light work, then the energy we can channel is stronger and clearer, and more joyful for ourselves and others.

Decoding the Grid : New York / Long Island

For those who are not familiar with this process, i'll share again a few basic notions. There are energetic currents on a planet much like acupuncture points on a human body. This is raw neutral energy that can be used for all kinds of purpose, good or bad. The universe is based on free will and archetypes, and symbols are present everywhere from micro to macro to serve as the vocal chord with which we voice and amplify our free will. We can recognize patterns throughout the universe such as planets revolving around a star, spiral motions, atomic structures, golden number/fibonacci sequence, etc. Any symbol can be used for all kinds of intentions, good or bad.

All our units of measurement of time and space are not random but based on observations of natural universal geometry and proportions.

New York is famous for being a major center for the planet, which means that it is also a major center energetically.

Let's start this journey with this 6min video by Secrets in plain sight.

Let's remember these two sites : cleopatra's needle obelisk in central park, and the statue of liberty.
The UN headquarters is another interesting site discussed in part 2 of this video.

Another site is 432 Park Avenue, discussed in this article.
As you can see in this previous link and also in this one, 108, 216, 432, 864 are part of a cosmic doubling sequence found all over the cosmos.

Other major sites in NYC i have noted are : the world trade center location, with the newly built 1776 feet high one world trade center and the two pools that replaced the two destroyed towers, union square, the main masonic lodge of the state of NY on 71 west 23rd street, and times square.

Then i went to look for major sites on Long Island.
Here's a general map of the area :

First, roughly at the center of long island, there is the brookhaven national laboratory, within which is the relativistic heavy ion collider, a particle accelerator used for quantum experiments, built as a hexagram within a circle.

You can see it on top of this picture, along with a pentagram at the bottom called the national synchrotron light source II. Here we already have the famous 6 to 5 relationship, pentagram and hexagram, which can esoterically symbolize masculine and feminine.

Then we have the camp hero military reservation in montauk at the tip of long island.
There has been many stories about secret underground bases in these locations and other points of long island. This article here gives a glimpse of it, and shows another spot, the Shoreham nuclear facility.
Researching the projects that have been going on in there can get very deep and confusing because of conflicting stories, but from what i'm seeing it involves distorting the quantum field and the time-space continuum for purposes of teleportation, time travel, weapons, mind control, etc. Click here for a database of research about this subject.

There is also an interesting structure fire island called robert moses water tower, again suggesting the masculine and feminine balance of fire and water. There is a 6 pointed star at its feet made of vesica pisces, basis for the flower of life. The 6 pointed star is also two interlocked triangles, as in a merkabah, in which one is masculine and the other feminine, again symbolizing balance.

So let's connect the dots :

Scott Onstott pointed out in his 432 park avenue article that the distance from the statue of liberty's torch to 432 park avenue is 33,333 feet, which is also 10.16 km.
The distance from the statue of liberty to the RHIC is 101.6 km, which is also 333333.333 feet. These two points are also in a straight line alignement with the montauk military base.
The distance from the statue of liberty to fire island water tower is 66.6 km.

As shown in the video above, next to the obelisk in central park, inside the metropolitan museum of art is the ancient egyptian temple of dendur, which is an Isis temple. The Jaqueline Kennedy reservoir aquaduct points directly to this temple and Jaqueline Kennedy actually hosted the opening ceremony for this temple, suggesting that she played the role of Isis.
It's also shown in the video that the statue of liberty actually depicts Isis, so i checked the distance from it to the dendur temple : 6.66 nautical miles (NM is the unit used by planes and boats).
The distance from the statue of liberty to the famous bull statue in front of wall street is 3.14 km, which is pi. The bull is yet another Isis symbol because of the taurus-venus connection, just like the $ sign of wall street, two I and two S (see this article about it).

The distance from cleopatra's needle to the UN headquarters plaza is 3.33 km.
The distance from the UN headquarters to to the main masonic lodge of NY is 1.11 NM. To the one world trade center 5.55 km. To the white house in washington dc 333 km. To union square 2.22 km.

The distance from times square to union square is 2.71 km, which is the mathematical constant e, important in sacred geometry. The distance from times square to the main masonic lodge of NY is 1.11 miles. To 432 park avenue 1.11 km. To the one world trade center, 5.55 km. To montauk military base 111 nautical miles.

The distance from 432 park avenue to the world trade center south pond is 6.66 km. To the south point of union square 3.33 km.

The distance from the one world trade center to the montauk military base is 108 NM, a number in the cosmic sequence. To JFK airport main terminal building, 11.1 NM. To the statue of liberty 3.65 km, the number of days in a year. The distance from the tridents in the 9/11 memorial museum to the templar pyramid of the metropolitan museum of art near cleopatra's needle is 8.64 km, a number of the cosmic sequence.

It's also worth noticing that there's a satanic ritual going on in the rockefeller center ice skating ring, as spotted in this article. The distance from the rockefeller center ice skating rink to the south east point of the rockefeller university is 1.11 miles.

A whole book could be written just on all the occult going on in new york in every street corner, so i'll move on now to the long island connections.

The spots on Long island reveal many alignements and numbers. Here is the eastern part :

The northern masonic lodge is on 312 main street in port jefferson, the southern is on 114 montauk highway in westhampton.

I extended the line that goes from the montauk base through the shoreham facility and the northern masonic lodge, and it goes exactly to an obelisk type structure in the bronx, called winged victory :

Its name is a reference to the winged victory statue of Samothrace which represents the greek goddess of victory, Nike.

Then i realized that the line going from the montauk base, through the RHIC, to the statue of liberty, also goes through old westbury gardens, where the temple of Love that Cobra mentionned in this article is :

Here is the western part of the Long island grid :

This masonic lodge in between JFK airport and the RHIC is at an equal distance of 22.22 NM from both of these points.

Here's the whole picture :

So then i checked the philadelphia experiment locations. As i mentionned earlier, this experiment is linked to the long island secret facilities. The experiment on the boat started in the philadelphia navy yard, 222 km away from the RHIC. The boat then disappeared and teleported to the norfolk navy yard, 333 miles from the RHIC. The norfolk and philadelphia navy yards are both 222 miles apart.

Then i connected those points with the CN tower in Toronto, highest man-made structure in north america (see my article about Toronto here) :

It's an almost exact pythagorean triangle, which simply means that it has one right angle of 90˚, in this case at the rhic angle.
The pythagorean triangle is very important in sacred geometry. Here are two examples of its applications :

On the left you have phi, pi and e. The right side picture shows how, from a pythagorean triangle with sides measuring 3, 4 and 5 (in green on the picture), it is possible to deduct the true proportions of the earth, moon and pyramid of giza in this beautiful relationship, also encoding a square and a circle of equal length, again symbolizing the perfect balance of masculine-feminine polarities.

So then i extended the line going from the montauk base through rhic. It connects with the other end of the triangle exactly at the mid-point of the Appalachian mountains. This mountain range extends from Alabama all the way to New Brunswick in east Canada, and if you research Appalachian mountains in google map it will take you exactly to this mid-point.
This alignement revealed another two pythagorean triangles :

Then i connected the dots with an island in downtown Montreal called notre dame (our lady), probably as a reference to notre dame in Paris which is also on an island (and used to be an Isis temple). On notre-dame in Montreal there is a huge geodesic dome :

Connecting all those points created a whole series of interlocked pythagorean triangles, with many synchronistic numbers as you can see :

271 is recalling e, and 161 is recalling phi.
Most of the pythagorean triangles are not 100% exact, meaning the right angles are 90˚ plus or minus 2-3 degrees, but it's close enough to generate the energy of the symbol, especially if you consider the curvature of the earth and the size of an energy vortex.

The washington masonic memorial (a replica of the lighthouse of Alexandria in Egypt situated in a suburb of washington called Alexandria), is not exactly on the CN tower-Norfolk navy line, but just a few blocks away.
We have a distance of 555555.555 yards, which is also 1666666.666 feet, from the CN tower to the southern tip of notre-dame island in Montreal, from the montauk base to the southern tip of notre-dame in Montreal (99.3 % exact), and from the washington masonic memorial to the montauk base.

There is a very interesting intersection between the line going from the norfolk navy to the rhic, and the line from the washington masonic memorial to the montauk base. It creates again one more pythagorean triangle between that intersection point, the masonic lodge in deer park, and the montauk base :

So we can see that these montauk, rhic and philadelphia experiments are not just scientific, but also placed very strategically on energetic points for occult purposes. Whatever happens on an important vortex will spread out into the earth energy grid and therefore affect the whole.

This journey took me even further when i looked into the cleopatra's needle connections.

As explained in the video above, that pair of obelisk was originally mined in Aswan in south Egypt and placed in heliopolis, around 1450 BC. They were then taken to Alexandria around 12 BC, and then one of them was taken to London in 1878, and the other one to New York in 1881.

I looked for the place where they were originally located in Heliopolis but i could not find it. Heliopolis used to be one of the major city in ancient egypt with many important temples, but it has now become a suburb of Cairo near the airport, where condos and big corporations settle and cover everything up. There is only one obelisk left in Heliopolis, plus another one in the airport that is in the middle of a pyramid-shaped structure of the airport :

The three pyramids of Giza, Abusir and Saqqara are pointing exactly towards Heliopolis :

I then drew a line from the Heliopolis obelisk to cleopatra's needle back in new york, but did not find any specific alignement. So i drew a line from Heliopolis to the washington monument in DC, another obelisk near the white house. The distance between the two is 5055.55 NM. The alignement is not exact starting from the Heliopolis obelisk, but since it used to mark the entrance of a big temple, and since there were many other important spots in Heliopolis, i looked for other spots nearby.
The alignement is exact starting from this point, where the streets seem to draw a pyramid, just like in the airport :

It seems that the line is shooting out of the all seeing eye of the pyramid.

That line goes through Alexandria, following the exact same alignement of a spot of land next to the Lighthouse :

It then goes through long island, exactly through the Shoreham nuclear facility and the masonic lodge in deer park. Then it goes through the philadelphia navy yard where the philadelphia experiment started, and all the way to the washington monument.

Also worth mentioning, it is well known that the three pyramids of Giza are a mirror of the belt of Orion. The belt of Orion is poiting towards the pleiades in the Taurus constellation, just like the pyramids of Giza are pointing towards Heliopolis.
 Exactly where the horns of the Taurus constellation would be, there is an island on the nile called warraq al hadar that seems to mirror the shape of the horns.

In between the horns of the Taurus constellation there is a spot called the silver gate, which is where the ecliptic of the earth (the axis along the zodiac constellations) meets with the milky way. It is a stargate transmitting cosmic energies through this galaxy (see this article for more info).
This is therefore all perfectly placed since the ancient egyptians called the milky way the galactic river, and considered the nile to be a reflection of it.

Update : More connections were made after i listened to an interview today by Preston Nichols, famous for his involvement in the montauk projects and his research on quantum electronics among other things. He now lives in a little town in the state of new york called cairo. That town is situated 222km from the montauk base, 111 miles from the statue of liberty, 2222 miles from area 51. It is also situated 5555 miles from the pyramid of giza in cairo, egypt (99.95% exact). The line from cairo new york to cairo egypt goes exactly through rome in italy, and through the biggest neolithic site in the world in carnac, brittany, france. Preston Nichols says that tests have shown there are underground pyramids under cairo new york. Cairo new york is at equal distance of the CN tower in toronto and the washington masonic memorial, and a triangle between these three points has the same angles as the great pyramid of giza.

It's in our hands to use these natural earth vortexes and universal symbols to infuse truth and harmony throughout this planet's grid.

Decoding the Grid : Toronto

After very positive results from the Vancouver grid article, i decided to start the same process of decoding the grid in this other major city.

For those who are not familiar with this process, i'll share again a few basic notions. There are energetic currents on a planet much like acupuncture points on a human body. Toronto is the main financial district in Canada. The richest neighborhoods of Canada are located there. The first thing that catches the attention is the CN tower, named after the canadian national railway because they used the company employee's pensions to build it. It is 553.33m high and the tallest man-made structure in north america :

So then i started looking for other famous sites :
There is Casa Loma, a big castle built in 1914, unusual for north america and one of the main touristic site. It was built as a big businessman's dream, and is called "Toronto's own camelot" on their official website.

Here is the old city hall, a feast of symbolism. Tri vesica pisces, triple square, 6 pointed stars, masonic compass and square, 8 pointed star, templar cross, vesica pisces.. It's all there :

There is also on the left on the picture below : the roof with a hegagram and a pentagram, 5 and 6 can symbolize masculine and feminine, and an angry sun at the top symbolizing enslavement.
In the center of the picture : the war memorial obelisk near the entrance.
On the right of the picture : gargoyles on the clock tower, highest point of the building, again representating enslavement.

There is an obelisk in the intersection of queen street and university avenue, it's another war memorial and it is part of the block where the old and new city hall are. The osgoode hall is also there, in which there is the court of appeal for ontario, the superior court of justice and the law society of upper canada.

 Here is another obelisk situated in the intersection of grenville and bay street, at the entrance of the 'police museum' :

Obelisks are divine masculine phallic symbols. Masculine energy corresponds to action and individuality, and feminine to reception and unity.

We can see here that obelisks are being associated with war, just like mars is commonly associated with war. War is a distortion of masculine energy but not true masculine nature. True masculine nature is about healthy initiative, action, uniqueness, diversity, creative ways of giving.

There is a very important power spot in David Pecaut square with an eternal flame in the center and a geodesic 'tube' on one side of it :

The metro hall is on the other side, a complex of 4 towers with a pyramid within a pyramid on top of each of them :

Other strong energetic points include : Fort York, a national historic site where a war between england and the usa happened in 1812, Ontario place's geodesic dome, the very formal hockey national hall of fame, ontario science centre, and the dominion centre, canada's largest shopping mall.

So then i checked the locations of the masonic temples in the area and started connecting the dots.

The distance from the CN tower to casa loma is 4.44 km. To a masonic lodge on 1100 millwood road in east york 4.44 miles. To the grenville obelisk 1.11 nautical miles (NM is the unit used by boats and airplanes). To the Pecaut eternal flame 432m (a number in the cosmic sequence, see Scott Onstott's article about it). To the dominion centre 666m. To ontario place geodesic dome 1.61 NM, which is phi the golden number. To osgoode hall 1.08km (another number in the cosmic sequence). To the city hall 0.666 NM. To the old city hall 1.11km.

The distance from Casa Loma to the grenville obelisk is 1.61 miles, the golden number. To a masonic lodge on 151 annette street 3.033 miles. To the science center 4.44 miles. To the masonic lodge on 1100 millwood 3.33 miles. To the city hall 3.33km. To the hockey hall 2.71 miles, which is the mathematical constant e, very important in sacred geometry. To fort york 4.44km. To ontario place geodesic dome 5.55km.

The distance from 1100 millwood masonic temple to osgoode hall is 3.33 miles. To the dominion centre 6.66km. To the science center 1.11 miles. 

The distance from the science centre to fort york is 9.99km. To the hockey hall 4.44 NM.

The distance from the 151 annette street masonic lodge to ontario place geodesic dome is 5.55km. To another masonic lodge on 2040 weston road 3.333 miles. To the city hall 6.66 km. To fort york 3.14 NM, which is the mathematical constant pi.

Toronto is built on the shore of one of the great lakes, ontario lake. It is not very far from the famous niagara falls, so i had a look. Here is a map of the falls location :

The Niagara falls are actually two falls, the horseshoe falls and the bridal veil falls.

There is a replica of the CN tower nearby the falls called the skylon tower. The distance between the CN and the skylon tower is 66.6 km.

At the foot of the skylon tower is a pyramid, the imax theatre.

The names of the falls are very clear symbols. The horseshoe is commonly seen a a lucky charm. The celtic druids saw it as a symbol of the moon crescent, which is also the chalice, divine feminine energy symbol. Many stone circles including stonehenge have a horseshoe shape in the center. The horns of Isis represent the same shape, they correspond to the horns of taurus, zodiac sign ruled by Venus, another aspect of Isis. The ecliptic of the earth and the milky way meet between the horns of the Taurus constellation. This spot is called the silver gate and is a stargate transmitting cosmic energies through this galaxy (see my article here about it).

The boat company that takes people on a tour of the falls is called the maid of the mist, referencing the other Niagara falls, the bridal veil falls. These are references to the famous legends of the ladies of the lake : faeries Viviane and Morgane and others would go on a boat on the lake and open the mist, the veil, opening the road towards the faery realms in Avalon. 

The boat can be seen as a symbol for a wormhole, a door through the veil towards other dimensions and realms, as was pictured in ancient egypt :

  The main freemason lodge of canada is in hamilton, a suburb of toronto, on 363 king street west.

The distance between the skylon tower and that masonic lodge is 66.6 km.

The angle between the line going from the Niagara falls to the CN tower and the line going from the Niagara falls to the masonic lodge in hamilton is 51.81 degrees, which is the same angle as the great pyramid of giza.

So i drew lines to have the complete pyramid :

The Niagara falls are formed around goat island :

I could not find anything at the western base of the pyramid, until i saw this other island formed around the river there, south of 1199 Concession 4 west, in Dundas Ontario :

What are the odds ? The exact same shape, both of them located 66.6 km from the CN tower, the three points forming a triangle with the same angles as the great pyramid of Giza.

The main masonic lodge of canada in Hamilton is 15 km away from that second goat island at the western base of the pyramid. So i checked what was 15 km away from the Niagara falls along the base of the pyramid. It's called the rotary park, in the town of St Catharines, pretty significant names :

Again, the same shape.

The goat is a symbol of the zodiac sign capricorn, and this shape is a mirror of the capricorn constellation :

So as shown on the map above, we have a map of a pyramid within a pyramid, just like on the 4 towers of metro toronto.

Scott Onstott has made very interesting connections about this :

The CN tower/goat islands pyramid is not as precise as this, but it's still pretty close.

So since we have capricorn there, i checked to see if we have a zodiac wheel in Toronto just like in Vancouver, with the CN tower at the center. The answer is yes.

In Taurus, we have the financial district, just like in Vancouver. Taurus is the sign of Venus, another name for Isis. Everything financial is related to the feminine energy of being nurtured by exchanging with our environment, this is why the $ symbol is two i and two s, Isis, and why there's this famous bull statue in front of wall street.

In the Vancouver financial district, there is an obelisk with the taurus symbol on it, next to the 'dominion building'

In the Toronto financial district, there is this statue called the pasture, at the foot of the 'dominion center', largest shopping mall in canada :

Casa Loma, which means the house on the hill, is in cancer. Cancer is the sign of the house, and its symbol is the crab because its shell is a house. A castle seems pretty appropriate to represent that sign. The camelot reference is also a mirror of the lady of the lake reference in the niagara falls in capricorn, on the opposite side of the zodiac wheel.

The association of the capricorn goat island with the horseshoe shape of the falls is the exact same association as in Vancouver : the crescent neighborhood in capricorn.

Also in capricorn in Vancouver, on queen elisabeth park, there is a fountain that again mirrors the goat islands and the capricorn constellation :

There is a marble chair on the right side of that fountain on that picture, evoking a throne. 

After some powerful grid work in that spot we decided to rename queen elisabeth park the Isis park, to whom the throne symbolically really belongs along with her husband Osiris, as symbols of pure divine masculine and divine feminine energies.

Back in the Toronto area, in leo in the north-west direction, there is a town called lion's head, named after the cliff there that ressembles a lion head :

In Libra, south-west direction, there's a place called humber bay that very much ressembles the libra constellation scales shape, and its correspondence in a human body : the hips (see this article for more info)
