‘Presence and the Rebirth of Love Workshops’

We will be giving a new series of workshops in various countries starting in January 2019. These are designed and conducted together by me and Star, who is dear Soul family to me and with whom I've been working closely together since 2012 in various ways, including for inspiration for this blog. She has a lot to share which has helped me and many others over the years, and we are very happy to present these new workshops together. You can learn more about her work here :

These workshops will contain mostly practical energy exercises, done individualy, or in pairs and groups. We will talk a little to explain the process but we will avoid too much theoretical talking which can be forgotten or missed easily, and instead we will maximize the time for practical applications and experiences, which can create much deeper transformation and understanding.

These practices incorporate together all aspects of our being in a coherent way : Soul/Spirit presence, mental, emotional and feeling, energy work and visualizations, and gentle physical movement. Involving all aspects of ourselves allows deeper experiences and transformations. This can include meditation, breathing, dancing, group hugs, etc, all incorporated together.
The practices are accessible to all and allow each one to have their own experience in their own way safely. They have several purpose :

- Becoming more and more aware of the inner presence and guidance from our own Soul or Spirit, which is the One/Source within us

- Clearing our energy field and chakras, and centering in the Heart

- Deprogramming deep belief systems, releasing stress and old trauma energies

- Rediscovering our own natural spontaneous Soul expression, to move in the world and connect with other beings more consciously

- Generating more Light and Love in ourselves and in our connection with others, which can then be shared with the planet

This can then benefit all aspects of our lives. Participants can keep using the exercises and tools practiced in the workshop, or draw inspiration from them in their own way, for their individual spiritual practices and local group meetings.

Planetary Alignments November 2018

October brought many powerful internal and ‘behind the scenes’ preparatory shifts, and November follows along, bringing a transition into some more action and outer manifestations.

The less we resist, and more we accept and go with the flow with the intense inner transformation and death and rebirth as many have experienced recently, the more it can bring many blessings, releases, happiness and eventually Lightful outer manifestations.

The last ‘New Venus’ on October 26th was the shifting point, rebirth moment of Venus energies of loving connection, sensuality, beauty, harmony.
Before that was more focused on releasing the old, and after that the second half of Venus retrograde cycle invites us to allow and integrate Venusian experiences, in a self-reliant way, from within.

It is a time to allow ourselves to feel, to live with the senses : seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching... And feel all the sensations which are within. Integrate our feeling capacity, without over-intellectualizing it, and without over-attaching it on the outer objects and other people.

This doesn't mean to shut out the world, but to go and experience it, and whatever feeling arises, to fully be aware of it, and whatever longing pleasure or happiness we have, to become it, to dive into it until the experience of happiness is integrated within, and no more over-dependant on external objects. Then we can radiate it in every aspect of our lives.

So for example, taste a strawberry, and be aware of the taste and how it makes you feel. And then remember the feeling without tasting any strawberry, integrate and internalize the good energy of it, then it becomes a part of you. And we can do this for any experience, feeling for somebody, feeling of a music, etc.

So, it's a time to feel, to go slow.

To go in nature, to reflect and express, to enjoy the sensations.

Why the constant rush, to keep the noise and busyness going ?

Because the noise is a mask, and the reflection and feeling is a mirror, reflecting us ourselves.

It's a time to stop pushing and pulling, to stop suppressing.

Feel it all, allow it all to arise and to flow.

Awaken the senses.

This second part of Venus retrograde will last until November 15-16, which will be a time of big shifts.

Before that, the period of November 6-11 is quite powerful with many alignments.

November 6-7 is actually the time of Samhain, which is the origin of all hallow's eve. Samhain is not a random fixed date, it is the mid-point between september equinox and december solstice. This year it will be on November 6-7 (depending on time zone), and it will be at the same time as the New Moon in Scorpio.

This is a very powerful alignment, Samhain and Scorpio energies are about thinning of the veils, the merging of different dimensions and merging of polar opposites (male-female, day-night, etc).
This relates to fire energy of rising frequencies (so it is a good time for fire ceremony).
There are several powerful astrological alignments synchronized with this, amplifying the energy of this day. (Neptune trine Moon and Sun, Pluto-Vesta conjunction, Uranus back in Aries, North and South nodes shifting into Capricorn-Cancer)

So this New Moon and the 24h around it, will be a great special time for ceremonies, seeing beyond the veils, diving more into the invisible within and without, merging different parts of us, merging energetically with our Soul family...
To stop the noise, the constant internet browsing and messaging without awareness, the automatic pilot living.
To be present, observing, in nature, with meaningful connection with life around us.

Following this, Jupiter will shift into Sagittarius on November 8, which announces a deeper entry into an upcoming period of more outer action and manifestation in the coming year.

And then will be 11-11-11 portal on November 11 (2018 = 2+0+1+8 = 11), which is a time of activations of Oneness energies, supported by galactic and cosmic forces, with a special focus at 11:11 UTC, to connect with the Source from within our heart, linked with other hearts of creation : Central Sun, heart center of Gaia, our Sun, etc.

And then on November 15-16 will come another powerful alignment and shift of energies (on the same day, Venus goes direct, Mercury goes retrograde, and Mars finally shifts into Pisces. Mars normally stays in one sign for about 6 weeks, but it stayed in Aquarius for 6 months because of retrograde.)

Seeing these 3 planets shifting on the same day is a very beautiful and significant synchronicity.

This is a time of personal rebirth, after much inner work, recalibration, transmutation, etc, in this last year, we are shifting into a period of more outer connections and actions, manifesting out in the physical world. The time around 10:51pm UTC on November 15 is especially a good time for ceremony, to set intentions and anchor energies for this shift.

In the days following, several alignments confirm this period of rebirth, action, manifestation. This is especially strong on the November 22-23 Full Moon.

As Mercury will be retrograde, many of these new actions and manifestations may be in the envisioning and preparing phase, and may become really fully visible from December onwards, yet it is still a good time to move in this direction.

This outwards action, manifestation, expansion may culminate also on November 26-27 with a conjunction of Sun Mercury and Jupiter aligned in the same place in the sky, and Neptune ending its retrograde period at the same time. This is a time of great expansion, blessings, creativity.

So from November 15 until the end of the month, is a great time to work on manifestation, take actions, make changes, design and organize new projects, etc. To be creative to help make this world more beautiful, alive and healthy.

The Inner Witness is the Presence of the Soul - Vipassana

An essential practice of most spiritual traditions has been to create a place of inner observation, leading to silence and stillness. This is the basic foundation of meditation, which is often called Vipassana, meaning witnessing.

The basis of it, is to look within, and see that there is an inner presence, who is not the body, who can observe the body. We can also see that this same presence is not the emotions and feelings : even when we feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, there is always an inner presence who is watching the process, who is not the emotions. And in the same way, this inner presence is also not the thoughts : the thoughts may go on rambling in all directions, this inner presence is still there watching the process.

This inner presence, inner observer, is a higher consciousness than the physical, energetic (etheric), emotional and mental parts of us, it is the presence of the Soul.

This inner presence of the Soul is one with all of life, it is the presence of the One/Source/Cosmic Ocean living within us, it moves all of us, it moves all life, it is all life.

This One/Cosmic Ocean, takes many shapes, in the form of many living beings and many spaces and times, but it is always the same One, simply shape-shifting.

So the physical emotional and mental are also the One, who has taken these particular shapes for the moment. They are temporary shapes, they are like the waves and currents of the ocean, they are not the ocean itself, the ocean always remains the same water, regardless of the currents and waves.

There has been a widespread habit on this planet, that when physical and energetic sensations, and emotions feelings and thoughts come, to become attached, invested, and identified in them. So something happens within, and people are trying to push away the sensation or emotion or thought, or trying to pull and cling to the sensation, emotion or thought.

This habit of inner pushing and pulling, creates an identification with the sensations and emotions and thoughts, which prevents them from flowing, and which also creates a forgetting of the inner presence of the Soul, and this is source of pains and unconsciousness.

Ironically the pushing and pulling does exactly the opposite of what it intends to do. The more we try to push away a thought, the more it clings to us, and the more we try to grab on to a feeling, the less we can feel it.
Anybody can try and experiment with this : pick a random subject and try with a lot of effort to not think about it, and the more effort is done, the more the thought will keep coming back. Or try with a lot of effort to remember something, the more effort to remember the more it will disappear ; and then when we give up trying to remember it, the memory comes back on its own. Or if an external noise bothers us, the more we try to push it away the more it becomes a bother, and by just forgetting about it we don't notice it anymore.

Why is this ? Because when we do this inner push and pull, it creates an identification and attachment with the temporary shapes and currents of the ocean, rather than with the water itself ; or in other words the consciousness is identified with the illusion of separated self, rather than with the inner presence of the Soul, the One. Then the sensations emotions and thoughts can not flow properly. Then we forget the inner presence of the observer/Soul, and then the Soul presence can not do its work properly, and then there is pain and suffering.

So the basic foundation of meditation, Vipassana, is to stop this loop of identification and suffering. The process is very simple : whatever happens within : physical sensation, emotions, thoughts, we just observe them passively and silently, not pushing and pulling them, no judgement, no comment, neutral. Just watching passively, as if from a distance.

Another famous way of doing this is to simply keep watching the breath as it goes in and out, follow it along its path, or watch the belly going up and down as the breath goes in and out. And while doing this, remain a passive observer of anything happening inside and outside, thoughts feelings sensations etc, are just allowed to flow.

What this does, is to bring back the energy and consciousness into the inner Soul presence. Then the observer/Soul presence becomes stronger and stronger the more we practice it, and everything else progressively disappears because energy is no longer invested in it.
The inner observer/Soul presence is turning on the Light, it is like placing a candle in a dark room, it does not need to push and pull away the darkness, simply turning on the Light is enough, darkness is gone because it doesn't really exist. 

When the Light is there, when the consciousness is centered in the observer/Soul presence, then every sensation, emotion and thought which does not belong here will disappear on its own just like darkness is gone when the Light is on ; and every sensation, emotion and thought which should be here, which is aligned with the Soul, all the happiness and inspiration, all this increases naturally.

So the body sensations, emotions and thoughts (the lower self), should be just as an empty vessel, silent and still, so that it can hold the Soul presence properly. Like a calm still lake can reflect the moon and the landscape. The lake is not doing anything, it is purely passive, or the landscape can not be seen.
Having the consciousness centered in the observer/Soul presence allows to discern everything better and better, as we are more and more disindentified from the noise of over-opinionated nonsense which arise from the identifications in the lower self, and more and more in tune with the flow of energy from the Soul/One Ocean.

When something arises that we do not like, if we are trying to push it away and doing effort to transcend it, then automatically we repress it and then it does not go away, it just becomes subconscious and keeps affecting things from there.
This can be counter-intuitive somehow, because if there is for example a physical trash bag in the house, then we need to push and pull it to go outside. This is because the physical is a more dense form of energy. But then where does the trash go ? Buried into the Earth, and she does not push and pull it, she allows it to flow into herself, and therefore it transforms into earth itself. When energies can flow, they will always return to Oneness.
If we try hard to relax, we become more and more tensed no matter what it may look like to others from outside, and if we allow the energy to flow and express, then relaxation just happens from within naturally.

The more the consciousness is centered in the inner observer/Soul presence, the more all goodness flowing through us will increase, peace, happiness, joy, inspiration. Then we can maintain this awareness centered in all activities, and anything we do from that place of awareness is more aligned, alive and nurturing, rather than draining. If we maintain this centered awareness in various forms of energy work, visualization meditations, any kind of Light work, then the energy we can channel is stronger and clearer, and more joyful for ourselves and others.

Play of Mirrors Part 2 - Life is a Paradox

Existence is always based on a seeming paradox, that we are One and also appearing separate. Our analytical mental logical capacity is based on having knowledge of facts, which can only be done by isolating things from a certain point of view, to look at an object or a situation or a being as its own individual thing rather than a part of a whole. At the same time, existence, the whole of creation, is One, one organism, one body. We are cells in the One creation just like the cells and organs in a human body. Therefore logic in itself, if genuinely pursued all the way, always ends up in contradiction, the contradiction of Oneness and seeming separation. We can not come in touch with life by mentally understanding its parts. The seeking for a logical answer, for an analytical meaning and understanding of life, is always vain and can never be satisfied.

This is related to my previous post 'Play of Mirrors', in which I was mentioning that from the highest point of view, our Higher Self is One organism, one and the same for all beings and all creation, and symbolically it can be viewed like a Sun, and we as lower selves are all sunrays emanating from it. In truth, the Sun and its rays of Light are One. Another way to symbolically describe this is that the lower self is a reflection of the Higher Self seen in a mirror.

"Everywhere we look around in the physical, emotional and mental worlds, we see only reflections, as all other people, places, objects, also are only reflections of their own higher selves.

As mere reflections who have forgotten the real self, there has often been this feeling of being incomplete, that our identity is not validated, which is coming from losing sight of the real/higher self. And in this forgetfulness, there has been a widespread tendency to look for that sense of completion in the world of reflections. So people hope to be completed and validate their identity by looking for positive opinions of other people, by hoping that positive experiences and achievements will finally validate their identity, and finally the reflection will not be blur anymore. But this is 
absolutely vain, as completion can never come from the world of reflections, but only from reconnection with one's own higher, real self.

Seeking completion in the world of reflections is like placing two mirrors in front of each other, the reflections reflect each other endlessly. This world where the higher self has been forgotten is a maze of opposing mirrors where it is not possible to understand what is real.

Therefore, for real spiritual breaktroughs to occur, one must unconditionally renounce all hope for validation and completion in the opinions of other people, in one's own achievements, or in any other circumstance from this world of reflections in these lower planes"

The Higher Self, the field and embrace of Oneness, the Light of Source, the One organism which all of existence is, all of these are different words to describe the same thing, and this is who and what we really are. We are cells in this One organism, ripples in the Ocean of life. This presence is eternal and unconditional, it can never be affected, lowered, changed. It is beyond conditions. Therefore it is not something to seek out there, it is not something to achieve, to work towards in a future, it is always there and has always been there and we can never be truly disconnected from it because there is nothing outside of the One, it is only the individual awareness which may forget temporarily, which may then experience the illusion of being disconnected, while the One presence is always there, and truly all there is to do is to relax into it.

To relax into it means that we see this Highest Light as ourselves and as all others and as all situations, always, unconditionally, no matter what is happening in the conditions. To truly see it, automatically we will bring it into the situation, and we will experience it.

To create attachments and investments in scenarios, in expecting or believing that things should be a certain way, automatically hooks the energy in the conditions in the lower self, brings identification with the lower self, because it is an expectation that the lower appearance could complete us, and actually the One Presence that we truly are is always there, everywhere, in every moment, always complete.

And at the same time, the lower self often has accumulated a lot of programs, distortions, all of which are based on the illusion of feeling separate, dislocated. This creates an experience of various pains, especially physically and emotionally, which are always illusions no matter how real they may seem. An enlightened being could stand in an explosion unharmed, get shot by a firearm and just let the bullet go back out of the body unharmed, simply because he or she firmly knows that conditions are always illusions, a play of mirrors, and the One unconditional Presence is always here, always complete to provide unconditional health and wholeness.

At the same time, it can be a journey to regain this full awareness, this full enlightenment, and this has to be acknowledged too. In full enlightenment, there is absolutely no need of anything whatsoever, because our Higher Self presence is always complete and pure Oneness Light and Love, it can not be affected by any of the lower conditions, and in truth the Higher and lower self are One, so the lower self has the destiny to fully embody the Higher and all of its unconditional qualities, and therefore to not be affected by circumstances and always be pure Light.
When this full awareness has not been regained yet, the lower self has many needs, or in other words many addictions, it needs/is addicted to drinking water, breathing air, sunlight, eating food, having meaningful human connections, etc. And here is the paradox, that from a certain perspective and at certain stages of evolution we truly need all of this, and at the same time as the One unconditional presence we truly don't need them.

The journey is to resolve this paradox by addressing all needs and desires, and there is no generic straightforward answer for this. Either they have to be renounced or they have to be experienced and played out, until the lower self is in full awareness of its unconditional Presence of the One, and the Soul has completed its journey in incarnation and has no desire or reason to incarnate anymore. This is dependant on the Divine Plan of the One : certain desires are distorted, for example we don't really need junk food and this can usually be renounced easily. If we believe that we need something then we will experience that need. For example we have genes to make vitamin C, but they are usually turned off because we believe we need to eat it, but they can be turned back on by our awareness that we can make our own vitamin C.

However some desires are reflections of Divine Plan for unfolding of creation, and our Soul may not renounce them for some time but instead it will send the impulse to create that experience in the best way possible, for example the desire to experience Soul family reunion. Here it is important to remember that the Divine Plan is fluid, it changes, it is not something we can tune into with mental planning and beliefs, so we have to release attachments to a specific scenario. We can only tune into Divine Plan in the moment, by living and expressing each moment one by one fully, then the journey unfolds, life is able to build upon each previous moment only if it was lived fully which means that we see the One Presence of Highest Light in each moment, no matter what is happening. These desires, this inner guidance moment by moment, is the fabric that weaves all life into a field of Oneness.
As this journey unfolds, we progressively regain full awareness of our unconditional Presence of the One, and the paradox is reconciled, as Oneness is realized all the way into all degrees of density and separation, then all beings, all cells of the One organism, are fully embraced together in the awareness of Oneness, and life remains a mystery to be experienced, not as something to be attained because there is nothing outside of life itself, but as the expression of the joy of simply existing. This is something which is always there for us to access at any time anywhere, in fact it can only be accessed when we relax into the present moment.

Spirit over Matter

When we look at the big picture spiritually, the Universe, all of creation, everything we are and we see and experience, is actually made of one thing, one substance, and that is the Light of Source, the Light of the One, the energy of Oneness that streams forth into creation and densifies into various dimensions.

Different dimensions and states of matter are actually the same thing. Higher dimensions are higher states of matter. These higher dimensions are what we call spirit, Higher Self, etc, and because they are higher states of matter, matter and spirit are one and the same thing. Matter is densified spirit, spirit is rarefied matter.

Creation is intended as a mirror of the Source, created by interaction between Source and its logical quantum opposite potential, that can be called contingency. Source is the deepest state of our being, it  is the state where everything and everyone is pure absolute Oneness in all regards, no time and space, no here and there, no then and now, no you and me, only One. Because of this, contingency or as it's also sometimes called, anomaly, is necessary as an opposite to pure Oneness, in order to create the Universe.

As the energy of the Source, of Oneness, streams into the Universe, creating it and giving it life, it densifies through dimensions/states of matter, thus becoming particles, which are actually waves popping out of the quantum field. The first particles created are tachyons :

Many other particles are then created as spirit-matter densifies. All of the particles are actually carriers of various proportions of the spectrum of Light, which is the energy of Source densified and split up by the contingency. We are Light, we are sitting on Light, we are eating Light, etc.

Living here on this planet, there has often been the illusion that the physical world is the most real thing, while our decisions, imagination, visualizations, thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc, are less real, or even not factual at all. This is opposite to the truth. All of the non-physical experiences are actually real factual 'objects' which exist in higher states of matter, higher dimensions, in the plasma, etheric, astral, mental, budhic, atmic, monadic and adi planes. We may become conscious of them in our physical body but they exist in higher bodies. And spirit-matter particles are always flowing between planes. Because the physical is the densest plane of spirit-matter, it is the most split up by contingency, therefore we could say that it is actually the less real. The physical world could be more accurately considered to be the dream while the higher bodies are more real, not the opposite, and the Higher Self is the real self.

It is important to understand that building a momentum is very important to manifest anything in the physical world, because of its heavy density, especially on this planet. Absolutely everything in creation has to come from highest plane first, and flow down through all planes/states of matter one by one, in order to reach the physical. The lower planes have no power of their own, they only receive from the higher, and then may re-qualify what they receive. The more we turn to our Soul/Higher Self/IAm Presence, the more we establish a link, the more we build a momentum of energy streaming from it into the lower bodies. If we are not aligned in our behavior with the Higher Self's Divine Plan magnetized by Cosmic Love, it will not stream forth as much energy. The intention and attention and obedience to the Higher Self is the key.

If we have built a habit, a momentum of a certain paradigm for many years, it is not going to change instantly unless we build a momentum of energy which is according to the change desired. No creation is ever automatic, it is always consciously intended somehow by somebody at some point, and it only appears faster sometimes because a momentum has been built by disciplined work. There are no miracles, only application of natural principles. What appears as a miracle is only the application of a principle not yet understood. The main key principle here is that everything always comes from higher planes.

Therefore, physical circumstances are always reflection of the higher planes, of the energy, of the alignment with Higher Self. It doesn't matter what the circumstance is, what the technology is, what the paradigm is, it can always be changed by Light energy work. It may take persistence to build a momentum, which requires us to not destroy the momentum while it is building and nothing has appeared physically yet. Still, Light energy work can always change anything if we make it so, because higher planes/states of matter always have power over the ones below. Our Higher Self is the highest plane for us to tune into, so that's where our biggest attention should be, not at the lower, mental emotional physical etc.

Metatron Cube Technique

Here is an energy technique to help clear the aura, balance and integrate our inner aspects and activate our Soul Presence more strongly in our bodies.

First connect with your Higher Self, I Am Presence, and then connect with Archangel Metatron and Goddess White Tara to create 13 spheres which are composed of the White Fire of AN, together with the pearly rainbowy liquid white Light of Harmony (it looks like white opal or mother-of-pearl), both fire and liquid Light mixed together.

These 13 spheres are in you, in the shape of a Metatron Cube. The central sphere is in your heart chakra, and there is one in the brain/third eye chakra, one at the sexual organs, one at the Soul Star chakra, one at the Earth Star chakra, and the rest around you to create the Metatron Cube shape, something like this :

Then visualize another of these spheres in front of your heart chakra, and another in the back of your heart chakra, equally distanced like the 13 others.

Then visualize rays of White Fire of AN mixed together with the pearly liquid white Light, connecting all the spheres together with each other in a grid. Visualize and feel this Light grid in your energy field for some time, transmuting and anchoring Light in your whole aura.

Spring Equinox-Easter-Ishtar - Return of the Goddess

As I mentioned in my last post, the Spring Equinox is a powerful moment for Goddess energy, when new life is birthed by the Goddess :

"There is one step in the cycle which is especially important for Goddess energy : the Sunrise, Spring Equinox. The Goddess is the one who is birthing new life in all sorts of ways possible.

Etymology and phonetics have left many clues about this. This is the time of Easter, which is Goddess Ishtar. The sun rises in the East, along with the East Star/Ishtar : Venus is the first star to rise in the East in the morning, which is why it is called the EastStar, or also was called Lucifer (that word originally refers to Venus), which litterally means in latin, the Light bringer, because the Goddess Venus brings the new life like the planet Venus brings the new Light in the morning. The word morning, from germanic morgen, is another Goddess name : Morgan LeFay. Morgan etymologically means born from the sea, the water of the new life being birthed, just like the Greek equivalent for Ishtar/Venus is Aphrodite, which also litterally means born from the sea."

The time of Easter is at the Spring Equinox, as it was in the ancient Celtic calendar, named after their Goddess Ostara or Eostre, who are names or aspects of Goddess Astara/Isis/Ishtar/Venus/Aphrodite.
The egg obviously symbolizes this new life being born, especially as the egg shape is based on golden proportion. The rabbit symbol has several layers of meaning, one of them is that there is a rabbit shape on the Moon (who transmits Goddess energy) :

Triangle Groups of Light

In order to strengthen the Light grid around the planet, as well as strengthen protection and harmony among Lightworkers, we can form triangle groups which will be connected together energetically from the Soul level.

For this, first 3 people should know each other and be in contact with each other, physically and/or via internet, and all 3 should agree to form a triangle of Light. It is recommended if possible to have at least one man and one woman in each triangle.

And then, do the meditation below, preferrably at least once a day, for at least 2-5 min. If you do it all at the same time it will be stronger, but you can do it in your own time also. It's better to form a triangle even if you don't do the meditation on certain days, or if you do it only for 2 minutes.

1. Bring your thoughts, emotions, energy field, physical body, into calm and relaxation.

2. Say this mantra or a similar one, out loud or silently :

I Am the Soul

I Am Divine Light

I Am Divine Will

I Am Divine Love

I Am fixed design by me, the Soul

While you say it, visualize your Soul Star chakra getting brighter and bigger, and pouring Light down along your central channel.

3. Visualize a ray of brilliant white Light emanating from your Soul Star chakra and connecting with the Soul Star chakra of the other two members of your triangle, forming a triangle of Light within which Light is flowing.

4. Visualize a vortex of brilliant white Light pouring down from the Soul Star chakra, spinning down clockwise into the body and aura. Visualize this for yourself and the other two members of your triangle.

5. Visualize the Light of your triangle expanding around the planet, connecting with other triangles of Light and other points of Light throughout the planet, forming and completing a network of Light. Visualize other Light beings from above and below the surface of this planet, sending rays of brilliant white Light from their Soul Star chakras, connecting with our network of Light on the surface of this planet.

6. If you wish, you can say the Great Invocation :

You can replace 'Men' by Humanity, and 'God' by Source if you want. This invocation helps to bring Light from higher spiritual planes into the lower planes, and manifest the Event/Golden Age.

The Light of Soul Star chakra is an emanation of the Soul which is not really subject to personality distortions and therefore can be trusted and used to safely connect with each other.

You can be part of several triangles at the same time if you want. You can also merge several triangles, forming a group of 12 or 24 people, when all of them know each other. Ideally, if possible, these groups will be composed of half men and half women. 12 groups of 12 people could also merge to form a group of 144 people.

Through this process we can support and protect each other, learn to work together and connect together as Soul family more and more, and strengthen the Light on the planet.

Workshop in Budapest and around the World

Hungary is one of the main anchors of Light for Europe, there was a strong Atlantean civilization here in ancient times, and there is powerful Light templar and Saint Germain presence. There is also now one of the most active and harmonious lightworker group in the world.

The workshop is for people who would like information, tips and techniques to dedicate themselves more to the Light, bring more Light to their lives and be stronger anchors of Light for the planet. In last few years I have traveled to 25+ countries around 5 continents to bury Cintamani stones, and have experienced and observed many situations, meetings, cultures, teachers, along the way. Recently I have done much research and experimenting with certain knowledge and techniques and as a result, me and some close friends have experienced powerful breakthroughs. I now feel the purpose to share this with more people.

The program of the workshop will be separated in two parts. The first part will be sharing more theoretical informations, basic principles of creation of the universe, relation with the Source, various planes of creation (etheric, astral, etc) and what they correspond to, and how this relates in practical ways to manifestation process and our connection with our Higher Self.

The second part will be about practical techniques of preparation before Ascension work, to help re-establish a more direct connection with the Soul and purify ourselves, which can assist in all areas of our life, and make us a stronger anchor to help the Light. Heaven and Earth Technique

This is a powerful technique that can help to increase life force, protection, and aid in healing.

1. Stand up straight, and as you breathe in, lift your arms up slowly above your head, and while you do that, visualize your intention/will/brilliant white Light, flowing upwards from your Earth star chakra (which is 20cm below your feet), through all your meridians and chakras in the whole body, through your legs, through your central channel in your torso both in the front and in the back along the spine, up through your arms and your head, up to your Soul star chakra 20 cm above your head.

2. Now as you breathe out, bring your arms back down slowly and visualize the same thing going back down the other way, from Soul star chakra to Earth star chakra via all your meridians and chakras along your whole body.

3. Repeat this process as long as you feel guided, and while you do this, also visualize the same white light spinning around your aura, as you breathe in it is going upwards from the Earth star chakra in counter clockwise direction, and as you breathe out it is going downwards from the Soul star chakra in clockwise direction.

Take your time to breathe in and out and move your arms slowly, allow yourself to give intention to your whole body.

You can also, instead of brilliant white Light, use the Violet Flame, the White fire of AN, the Blue flame of Archangel Michael, Pink loving Goddess Light, etc, anything you feel guided in the moment.
Whichever you choose to work with, visualize it going up and down through all meridians and chakras, and spinning up and down in your aura, synchronized with the breath, as described above.

This technique can help, among other things, to become aware of any blockage that may exist somewhere in the body, which you may experience as a difficulty to move the energy past a certain spot in your body, or difficulty to place your attention on a particular spot. If you become aware of such things you can send more intention and energy towards that spot, send the Violet Flame or the White fire of AN or any other you feel guided, let it flow thoroughly through it, and let it be anchored in it.

Remember the vast majority of issues in the body originate in the non-physical first, especially in plasma and etheric, so by working on our energy body we can help the physical body also.

This technique can also increase life force by strengthening the conversion-inversion vortex of the body that is centered in the heart. This increases protection, strength, guidance, etc

 You can practice this at least once a day and its power will increase. If the energy flow makes you feel like moving other parts of your body then you can allow it, but it's recommended to keep it slow and focused. You can also if needed do it without moving the arms, but it is more powerful when the visualization is connected with the breath and physical movement.

Energetic Dissuasion and Free Will Manifestation

Energetic dissuasion has been a very widespread issue on this planet, that seems to not be well understood yet even among Lightworkers.

The dark have a system in place to dissuade people from doing positive things, which they have set up in a way to try that people do not realize it is happening. They use a synergy of :

- Physical and non-physical implants

- Physical and non-physical personally directed weapons, beaming frequencies of certain negative thoughts, feelings, suggestions, energies, etc

- Black magic

- Non-physical negative entities

They have people under quasi-constant surveillance, and they use all these things daily, adapted to each moment, to dissuade people from doing positive things, by making them forget about it, or 'not feel like it', or believe they can't do it, or be drawn away from it one way or another. They work hard to try to do it in such a way that targeted individuals don't realize what is going on, so that targeted individuals believe it is their own personal process and their own personal feeling, while in fact it is being manipulated externally.

It seems that many people have the idea that this only happen once in a while, only to individuals who are not awake. This is absolutely not the case. My purpose is not to bring negativity, but more understanding about the situation so that we can resolve it.
Everybody is targeted and despite the incredible stupidity of the dark forces to do such things, they unfortunately also have a certain kind of intelligence and strategy to plan long term manipulation of all individuals and relationships. They have recorded all our past lives on plasma/etheric plane, using the implants, and they have studied us, they know what we have been doing so they understand our weaknesses and dreams to a certain degree. They know which psychological button to press and when. I strongly invite everybody to remain very aware of their own psychological make-up and to regularly take the most honest and objective self-analysis that you can.

Some of the main things they try to dissuade people from doing on a daily basis :

- Joining and promoting group meditations

- Keeping an individual, positive, disciplined spiritual practice

- Keeping a healthier lifestyle (productive use of time, releasing addictions, connecting with nature, eating healthier, etc)

- Keeping relationships harmonious with mutual respect of free will, forgiving

- Making positive life changes (moving towards healthier relationships, occupations, better living standards, etc)

- Burying Cintamani stones

- Anything else that effectively creates progress towards liberation

So, if you have experienced resistance and difficulty to do these types of things, to find the inner motivation and opportunities for them, you can be sure, and please remember, that this is mostly not your own personal natural process, but instead an external manipulation.

Some tips to help cancel these manipulations and go back to our own natural process :

- Remain aware that this is common and daily practice on this planet, most likely until the Event

- Give yourself some time regularly to stop all your activities and your opinions for a few moments, and reflect honestly on what you are doing and what is going on in your life, as objectively as you can.
- Ask yourself, are you really doing the right thing, the most beneficial thing you can do, in line with your core ethics ?
- Use Free Will, remember we can actually make a choice about absolutely anything that is happening in our lives, internally and externally. Making those choices according to what we really want, what we really know in our heart is the right thing to do, for justice, for peace, for the good of all, and then having a discipline to keep our actions in alignment with these choices on a daily basis.
(and remembering to absolutely respect the Free Will of others in every single moment)

Free Will is the main antidote to this situation. Humanity has been unfortunately incredibly lacking in the use of Free Will, letting themselves be swayed individually and collectively in whatever direction the dark pushes towards.

Free Will is the source spark of all creation
Imagine yourself to be a God or Goddess sitting on a cloud in the sky, able to manifest absolutely anything instantly. How will you do that ? With you will.
This scenario is pretty much what is happening, the only difference is that in the lower planes of creation, especially the physical plane, the steps of the manifestation process are a little more complex.

The very basic principle of manifestation is that everything is created at the highest, less dense, spiritual plane first. And then it comes down in density through each of the planes described here :

Each of these 7 planes have 7 sub-planes. Each of these 49 planes are states of matter. The spirit world where our soul and spirit reside is simply a more dense state of matter. The physical world is the 3 lines at bottom of picture above (dense, liquid, gas). Above that is plasma, etheric, astral/emotional, mental, etc. Our emotions and thoughts are as factual as the physical world, they are made of matter also, simply less dense matter.
In the same way that the solid, liquid and gas are merged with each other and interacting inside our physical body, also our plasma, etheric, astral, mental and higher bodies are inter-connected just the same.

So why are most people on this planet not connecting with their soul and higher self properly ?
The main obstacle on this planet is in the plasma membrane (in picture above is the dotted line above gaseous). Plasma itself is natural and exists throughout the universe without causing harm. However on this planet it is loaded with anomaly accumulated in the yaldabaoth entity (that entity only exists on the plasma plane). Every communication and exchange between the physical world and all the other worlds has to cross the plasma plane, and the anomaly greatly interferes with this process. This is what creates for most people this seeming isolation and separation between the physical world and all the non-physical worlds. However when the plasma is not anomalous, it can serve as a conduit to connect the physical with the non-physical worlds.

Another main separation is the other dotted line in the picture above, in the middle of the mental plane. That membrane is in a way similar to plasma, and separates the planes below it which are the planes of personality that are subject to duality, and the planes above it that are pure Light and pure Oneness.
As you can see in the picture, the pineal and pituitary in the physical body have a direct connection that crosses both plasma and mental membranes and allows the physical body to connect directly with the higher mental plane which is a gateway to the higher planes and therefore the soul and higher self. This is one of the main ways to establish connection.

Also in the picture above you can see our Will is high up in the spiritual planes. Verily it is the source spark of creation, it starts the manifestation process and defines its direction. After that, we simply maintain that decision strong and clear, and bring it down through each plane, through our thoughts, emotions, etc, and finally in the physical actions. This is exactly how Cobra has defined simply the manifestation process in 3 steps :
1) Decision/Will
2) Invocation (thoughts, emotions etc, for example a visualization)
3) Physical actions.
This exactly outlines the process of bringing matter from high spiritual planes down through each plane into the physical world. This is how everything that exists was created. By using this process with dedication we can manifest anything.
Another way to describe this is that our spirit and soul are anchors of Free Will and Divine Will, and they send the impulse and message for it. Our job down here is to hear the message and align our personality with it, until personality and higher self merge.

Let's keep our Will affirmed as strongly and regularly as we can, choosing how we want our life to be, according to what we know in our heart to be the right thing, for ethics, justice, peace, well-being for all.

Winter Solstice Alignment

The small always reflects the big, creation always follows repetitive patterns that mirror each other. Inside every body of every living being is a reflection of the whole Universe. Every star system, every galaxy, mirror these same patterns.

Every star is a heart, and every heart is a star. They are the centers of the torus energy fields, whether it is a human body, or a galaxy.

Stars and hearts are portals that connect to the Source, through which all the Light, all the life force, flows into the whole body. The physical heart inside the human body pumps blood throughout the body. The heart chakra pumps energy throughout the aura. The Galactic Central Sun pumps Light and Love throughout our whole galaxy.

This happens in a rhythmic way : just like your heart beat, the Central Sun has a heart beat, which happens every 25000 years. Right now we are in the middle of this heart beat, which lasts more or less 50 years, from 1975 to 2025. As a consequence, during this time frame, every winter solstice, our solar system is aligned in a straight line with the galactic plane and therefore the Galactic Central Sun. We therefore receive a flash of energy from the Central Sun every winter solstice.

We can use this to align ourselves with the Light, and let it flow throughout our solar system to help bring the Event.

So we can join together in this synchronized meditation at the exact time of the Winter Solstice : 10:44 GMT on December 21, 2016

Guidelines :

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to trigger the Event.

3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white light coming from Source, through the Galactic Central Sun, and then through your soul star chakra and into your body, connecting to the center of Gaia, as you sing the mantra OM three times. Now visualize another pillar of brilliant white light rising from the center of Gaia through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.

4. Connect to the soul star chakras of every lightworker on the planet – calling to the higher selves of the 144,000 members of the Order of the Star to activate and awaken to their respective missions.

5. Connect to the soul star chakras of all the beings of light in our solar system and galaxy, including the Agarthans, the Ashtar Command, and the Galactic Confederation, who are all sending us so much light, so much guidance, and so much energetic support.

6. See this collective beam of Light expanding into the Earth’s Light Grid, anchoring itself into the Heart of Gaia, and connecting to the permanent light emanating from the core of the Earth. 7. Visualize this light dissolving all negative emotions and behaviors, bringing justice, truthfulness, and loving interactions between all the people living on the surface of the Earth.

8.Visualize the Goddess Do Mou descending through this pillar of light, bringing peace to humanity.

9. Visualize Full Disclosure and full information releases about the extraterrestrial presence on Earth through the mass media. Visualize the creation of the new fair financial system for everybody. Visualize First Contact with benevolent ET races. Visualize the Event taking place, finally liberating planet Earth. Open Letter to David Wilcock, Corey Goode, and All Other Alternative Media and Lightworkers

Greetings everybody, and best intentions to all,

We all know there is a major shift happening, which is coming to its peak soon.

We all know that the faster human consciousness evolves, the faster and smoother this shift will happen, the faster this planet's ecosystems and inhabitants will be healed and free. We all want that.

How exactly do you picture this evolution in human consciousness ?

How does it manifest ?

I think we all agree that it happens as we tap into our true power.

I have seen most of you share studies proving how group meditations reduce crime and increase well-being and peace, in a demontrable way. These results apply to group synchronized meditations.  This is our true power in action, in unity.

I believe that these studies have come out so that we put them into practice.

I believe it is time for us to apply the science and come together to generate an energy field to manifest the shift now. This is how we start tapping into our abilities and heal this planet together.

I know that some of you may have some doubts or disagreements about Cobra's information, who put out this meditation. I personally do not share these doubts and disagreements and working with Cobra has brought me a lot of goodness, but I respect that you can have them. It's totally okay.

I believe this is not an obstacle to meditating together. If you do not agree on some aspects of the meditation, you can simply do it in your own way. The more similar, coherent and synchronized our visualizations are, the stronger the resonance and the stronger the manifestation, and what matters is that we all visualize the cabal removed from power, Disclosure happening, and a bright future for humanity together.

We do not have to agree on absolutely everything to meditate and work together. The Galactic societies out there know and practice this.

You can even forget about the meditation at 7pm GMT and publish your own synchronized meditation, in your own time, visualizing your own version of the shift and liberation of this planet. We can join you. Imagine the power of all of us coming together visualizing the timeline we all want.
